Awesome name for a Southern food blog! It is written by Rebecca Tolley who is based in Tennessee. She discussed food and ingredients that are affordable, safe, and accessible to all.

This site focuses on Good Ole Southern Recipes. Mary publishes about 3 to 4 unique recipes a month and also tries to show and teach how she creates these wonderful dishes.
